Project: My Keisha's 7th

My little girl just turned 7 last April 10th. Yes, time was running so fast!

We prepared a very simple celebration since she opted to have the Hongkong trip as her birthday gift. It was not really a party. I decided to have a Barbie playdate with a handful of her friends. It was a 'bring your favorite Barbie' day, so I just let the kids do their stuff while I was busy in the kitchen.

So here, let me share to you the paper crafts I did. =)

Personalized Banners

Gosh, it seems like it has been a decade since my last post... =(

Just a little update with some of the projects that I have made. This time, I will show the banners. I use paper and/or felt cloth as my banner materials and each have different approach in terms of how it is made. It is much easier to work on paper since cutting is not a problem at all, and find the felt cloth a little challenging. Yes, since it thicker and you cannot feed it on the printer. So that is hand-cut all the way! But it's always fun anyway. =)

Project: Yionah's 1st Birthday

Here is another project for the same client, Miko's mom(see previous post).
It's a Candyland theme, playing with pink, lime green and purple shades.

Update: Julio's Baptism

Yes, it isn't done yet. =)

My pretty client added a couple more orders: a name banner and the invites. Lucky Baby Julio that he got this very kind and thoughtful Ninang to guide him throughout his life's journey.

I just finished the invite design and ready to print, will post the finished product later. And here by the way, are the photos of the name banner. As requested, felt cloth are used instead of cardstocks. I handstitched each letter and created 2 more layers as a background. I added animal shapes on both ends to still go with the Noah's Ark theme. A green silk ribbon ties all the characters together.
